Job summary

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium seeks a Food & Beverage Service Attendant to deliver exceptional customer-focused service under the Restaurant Manager. You will ensure grooming is impeccable, outlets and equipment are clean, and safety procedures are followed.

You will assist with stock, perform related duties, and demonstrate a strong commitment to OH&S and hotel policies. English reading/writing is required.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with Room Service departmental standards and procedures.
• Prepare for service by ensuring grooming is impeccable and outlets and equipment are clean and ready for service.
• Store and stock food and beverage items in line with hotel procedures; perform related duties and special projects.
• Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and in compliance with OH&S guidelines.
• Familiarize with property safety, first aid and fire/emergency procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Log security incidents and accidents per hotel requirements.
