NTU's School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) invites a Research Associate / Research Engineer II to advance cutting-edge robotics research. You will design and validate uncertainty-aware perception and robust robotic manipulation through software-hardware integration, and contribute to publications and IP protection.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Robotics or related field.
• Strong programming in C++ and Python with ROS/ROS2 experience.
• Experience with perception, state estimation, or manipulation under uncertainty.

Mansioni

• Design and benchmark probabilistic robotics algorithms.
• Develop open-source software packages (ROS/ROS2, Python/C++).
• Integrate software with robotic manipulators, sensors, actuators.
• Plan experimental validation in lab and field settings.
• Draft invention disclosures and publish papers.
