Flexiv Robotics is seeking a qualified engineer to work closely with Sales, end users, and integrators to showcase Flexiv robot capabilities and provide expert programming and training support. You will propose concepts for Force Control Robots, run POCs/demos, and manage turnkey automation deployments.

The role emphasizes customer-centric collaboration, strong teamwork, and travel as needed to install and optimize robotic systems in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Master’s in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or Robotics related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in robotics/automation.
• Knowledge: Automation/Mechanical design and solution understanding.
• Passion: Interest in robotics adoption to improve work and life.
• Soft skills: Team player, organized, customer-centric.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, end users, and integrators to showcase Flexiv robot capabilities and provide technical support.
• Propose concepts and solutions for Flexiv Force Control Robots and perform POCs/demos.
• Evaluate and manage deployment of turnkey automation solutions.
• Communicate with customers to progress projects and ensure successful completion.
• Provide trainings to customers and integrators.
• Provide robot programming support to integrators for projects.
• Manage key projects.
• Travel as required.
• Maintain customer relationships to drive adoption.
