Job summary

Cloud Plus seeks an engineer to support AMR robots in hospital and factory settings and supervise cabling installations. You will monitor performance via dashboards, perform maintenance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with project teams and customers.

Role requires flexibility for rotating shifts (6am-3pm or 1pm-10pm), occasional weekends/public holidays, and travel to customer sites as needed. Training on error logs and dedicated software will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with AMR robots in healthcare or industrial settings.
• Ability to follow SOPs and guidelines for maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation.
• Handle repairs and maintenance for the AMR robot per SOP and address breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to operational incidents to minimize disruption.
• Communicate status updates to project teams and ground users.
• Document issues in daily log files for traceability.
