Cloud Plus seeks an engineer to support AMR robots in hospital and factory settings and supervise cabling installations. You will monitor performance via dashboards, perform maintenance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with project teams and customers.
Role requires flexibility for rotating shifts (6am-3pm or 1pm-10pm), occasional weekends/public holidays, and travel to customer sites as needed. Training on error logs and dedicated software will be provided.
We are looking to hire an engineer to join our team in supporting the smooth operation of robots in hospital/factory setting and supervise installation of cabling.
Ensure continuous monitoring of AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation throughout the hospital.
Handle repairs and maintenance tasks for the AMR robot. This involves conducting regular maintenance activities as per the SOP/guidelines and addressing any breakdowns.
Respond promptly to any operational incidents or issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption.
Serve as a key communication point between the project team and ground users, providing regular updates on the status of AMR operations.
Document any issues or incidents in daily log files to ensure traceability and resolution.
Work in rotating shifts (6 am - 3 pm or 1 pm - 10 pm), with occasional weekends and public holidays based on shift schedule requirements.
Receive training on generating error logs using specific software tools.
Be trained to operate and control AMR fleet tasks through dedicated software.
Support structured cabling installations.
On site supervision and provide guidance to sub contractors.
Following up with customers on updates to project status.
