Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience servicing electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with AGV and Ubuntu.
• Troubleshooting hardware, electronics, and software.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with presales to survey sites and determine deployment.
• Set up and commission robot on-site and ensure readiness.
• Test, diagnose, and fix errors to resolve issues quickly.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance per SOPs.
• Travel to local and international customer sites for on-site support.
• Document service and fault reports and update records.
• Train customers and end-users on robot operation and safety.
• Create and update user manuals and service guides.
