Job summary

YUAN JI ENTERPRISES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable project coordinator to manage site projects from planning through completion. You will prepare schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate with multiple teams to align with client needs and project goals.

You will interpret client requirements, perform quality control on budgets and timelines, review engineering deliverables, and maintain thorough project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned site projects from planning through completion
• Develop detailed project plan including timelines, budgets, resources and risk assessments
• Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes of practice (LTA), performance standards and specifications of the material during the road works
• Coordinate with various teams including structural layout, roadwork construction and maintenance(s) to ensure project goals are met
• Develop specifications for project equipment and materials
• Create frameworks to measure project metrics and establish data collection methods
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate necessary corrective actions
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, technical specifications and pipeline calculations
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
• Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Report regularly to project managers on progress and potential problems affecting cost or schedule.
