Job summary

Yeo Heng Engineering Pte. Ltd. on site in Singapore seeks a construction project coordinator to plan, coordinate and manage projects from commencement to completion. You will work with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure progress and safety on site.

The role requires strong planning and communication, the ability to manage contractors and site teams, and knowledge of local safety requirements. Relevant safety certificates will be considered for the role.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and workplace safety requirements will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction engineering projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs and safety requirements.
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications and work programmes.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and other project documentation.
• Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore construction and workplace safety requirements.
