Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support project execution, documentation, and coordination with clients and site teams in Singapore.

The role involves reporting to the Project Director on cost accounting, schedule tracking, and deliveries, maintaining project documentation, attending client meetings, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Detailed and meticulous in work.
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Project knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Director on project cost accounting, schedule tracking, deliveries, and resource control
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure design submissions are accurate and compliant with project specifications and client requirements
• Attend meetings with clients
• Conduct site visits and site surveys at construction sites
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients
• Support overall project coordination and execution
