Job summary

RAPID ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-based construction coordinator to support project delivery in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee construction activities, planning and monitoring work programs to ensure schedule adherence.

You will liaise with consultants on technical issues, coordinate with subcontractors, manage interfaces with other contractors, and prepare progressive reports and method statements for project oversight.

Qualifications

• Overseeing the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities.
• Managing interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
• Prepare project progressive report to the Project Manager/Project Director.
• Prepare report and method statement.
• Monitor ongoing construction activities.
