Job summary

SVP Integrated Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable Project Operations Lead to manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating with sub‑contractors and liaising with all parties involved.

You will plan, supervise, execute and follow up on project actions and schedules, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Regularly liaise with project team, customers, consultants and authorities to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all parties involved.
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on project actions and schedules.
• Schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors/workers to carry out works according to contract drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective coordination of work activities.
• Monitor construction/project progress, ensure productivity, safety and compliance till completion.
• Ensure quality and cost objectives are met, projects completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in keeping track of approvals during submission to ensure compliance with government authorities.
• Liaise with sub-contractors & consultants to ensure timely completion of projects.
