You will lead debug activities across ATE/SLT and report findings for customer communication, while coaching junior colleagues and owning local test programs.

Qualifications

• Strong silicon debug or failure analysis knowledge on electronics systems or ICs.
• Analytical and detail oriented with interest in debugging complex systems.
• Experience with digital or analog failure causes and SCAN/MBIST/High Speed Loopback.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis & report writing on customer returns electrical FA, including ATE and SLT; duplicate customer reported failures and perform board-level debug.
• Handle customer returns debug across pre/post Mass Production and field returns; address DPPM improvements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Device Analysis and Product Engineering to lead fault isolation and root-cause investigations.
• Identify test coverage enhancements to strengthen product quality and prevent customer-facing failures.
• Provide technical direction in diagnosing complex issues and translate findings into actionable quality improvements.
• Prepare conclusive analysis reports for customer communication in alignment with PLQ/Customer Interfacing teams.
• Local product ownership including tracking and releases of ATE/SLT/OSV covering RMA/OSV programs; be Go-To on product queries.
• Coach junior team members on technical challenges arising for IP or failure categories.
• Any other duties as assigned.
