Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a DEMQRA HBM RMA Engineer in Singapore to oversee failure analysis of customer-returned DRAM/HBM products.

You will summarize findings, identify root causes, and establish containment plans while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions. You will also drive customer reporting, support, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor field.
• Knowledge of DRAM operation, fabrication process and semiconductor device physics.
• Advanced understanding of electronic circuits.
• Basic understanding of DRAM/motherboard/CPU architecture and operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee failure analysis of customer-returned DRAM/HBM products and summarize findings.
• Coordinate EFA and PFA analyses and interpret results.
• Translate technical analysis into customer-friendly conclusions.
• Generate FA reports and provide ongoing technical support.
• Communicate process and product improvements to teams.
