Job summary

ANOTECH ENERGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Level 2 Engineer to join our mission-critical 24x7 support team in Singapore.

You will participate in advanced troubleshooting, in-depth problem analysis, and implement solutions requiring specialized knowledge. You will handle incident and problem management, patch and configuration management, and maintain knowledge base documentation. The role requires 5+ years in Level 2 support, experience with RHEL or Kubernetes, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS, or engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in Level 2 production support for 24x7 environments.
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Kubernetes certification preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 support for mission-critical system and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents escalated from level 1 and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and system availability.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents; monitor logs and integrations.
• Coordinate with Level 3 for complex issues and bug/feature requests.
• Support patch, change, and configuration management; maintain KB.
• Perform on-call rotation and graveyard-hours coverage as required.
