Job summary

Avani Singapore is opening its leadership team and seeks an experienced Director of Revenue Management to sculpt pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution across all segments. You will help establish revenue foundations for the new property and drive profitability from day one.

The role requires strong leadership, Singapore market knowledge, and a track record of pre-opening or startup revenue initiatives within hospitality. Fluent English and strategic insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Revenue Management leadership within hospitality.
• Experience with Opera, IDeaS, STR or similar revenue management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial action.
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore hospitality market and travel trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue management pre-opening workstream: distribution setup, pricing strategy, system configuration, forecasting processes, and operational readiness.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies across market segments to maximize performance and profitability.
• Drive Total Hotel Profit Optimisation by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary and F&B.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing and revenue reporting to support business objectives.
• Chair regular Revenue Meetings and communicate strategies effectively.
• Optimize distribution channels, inventory management and pricing integrity.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the Revenue and Reservations team.
