Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks a Revenue Specialist Manager to lead end-to-end revenue recognition under FRS 115 for project and facilities management engagements. You will assess performance obligations, transaction price and timing, and provide technical accounting guidance across Business Units and Operations.

You will own revenue-related month-end close, contract assets/liabilities, unbilled and deferred revenue, and strengthen governance, controls and audit readiness through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in revenue/accounting.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 115 and US GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue recognition under FRS 115 for projects and facilities management.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and maintain memos and templates.
• Manage month-end close, contract assets/liabilities, unbilled and deferred revenue.
• Review project cost-to-complete and margin inputs with Operations Finance.
• Deliver training to business units to reinforce revenue requirements and controls.
