Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited seeks a Senior Revenue Accountant to oversee month-end close, ensure accurate revenue reporting, and enforce SOX-compliant controls. You will work with RevPro and Oracle Cloud ERP to validate data across systems and manage auditor requests.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to minimize revenue leakage across markets in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in revenue accounting.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Public accounting or technical revenue recognition experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle accounting issues and treatment.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP; RevPro experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for revenue-related GL accounts and related balance sheet accounts.
• Generate monthly journal entries for revenue and balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze balance sheet fluctuations monthly, quarterly, and annually and adjust as needed.
• Use RevPro to process contractual data, billing data, and unbilled data for revenue recognition.
• Prepare periodic internal management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and support revenue sampling audits and controls testing.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and report as required.
• Consolidate data from multiple external sources into unified reports.
• Document and maintain revenue procedures and identify improvements.
• Participate in system testing during monthly bill tests, UAT, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with revenue controls and minimize revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain internal customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
