Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks an experienced Revenue Specialist, Manager to lead revenue recognition under FRS 115 for projects and facilities management. You will drive end-to-end contract accounting, ensure accuracy for reporting, and support audits.

The role partners with Operations and Finance, strengthens controls, and delivers scalable processes, templates, and training across units. A bachelor’s in finance and 8–10years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or equivalent with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue recognition under FRS 115 for project-based contracts and facilities management.
• Provide guidance on complex revenue matters and ensure consistent accounting conclusions.
• Own revenue recognition memos, control playbooks and templates; manage month-end close for related accounts.
• Lead governance over revenue recognition, billing, contract accounting and SOX processes.
