Job summary

Evaneos is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the reliability, scalability and continuous improvement of revenue data and processes. You will own the tool stack, automate workflows, and build reporting to inform Account Managers and partners, while enabling scale across our two-front ops model.

You’ll partner with the RevOps lead and cross-functional teams to implement scalable workflows, improve onboarding for agencies, and deliver end-to-end projects that boost commercial

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue or Business Operations in B2B SaaS or marketplace.
• Experience configuring or administering CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient with automation tools Make, N8N, Zapier.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards from raw data.
• Experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own tool stack and ecosystem, including Salesforce, Make, N8N, and more.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate workflows to scale processes.
• Set up and optimize automation within Salesforce (Process Builder, Flows).
• Build integrations for seamless data flows across the stack.
• Develop onboarding for Account Managers and agencies.
• Define processes across teams and maintain playbooks.
• Create tracking and action plans for agencies, tailored to their needs.
• Design and improve Sales Challenges to boost engagement and performance.
• Handle complex support tickets requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Build real-time reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
