Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Revenue Management professional to optimize room inventory and pricing across its Marriott-affiliated properties. Key duties include managing room inventory, preparing market analyses, updating rate strategies, and delivering monthly revenue reports.

You will train staff on revenue systems and support sales and reservation teams to maximize performance. Candidates should have 5+ years in hospitality revenue management and solid English

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing room inventory to maximize cluster room revenue, maintain data accuracy, and enhance automation within the reservation system.
• Assist in preparing competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating pricing strategies and restrictions to the respective properties.
• Prepare month-end Revenue Management reports and conduct audits to support forecasting, identify areas requiring improvement, and align with financial objectives.
• Generate, process, and update property and market Revenue Management reports accurately, serving as a primary source of reporting and analytical support for the Revenue Management team.
• Assist with system maintenance, including updating rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, managing group forecasts, and conducting daily system checks.
• Assist in training new employees on Revenue Management systems, tools, and procedures as required.
• Support the implementation of hotel sales and revenue strategies within reservation and inventory management systems.
