Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group, is seeking a Revenue Management professional to optimize room inventory and drive revenue across its Marriott-affiliated properties. You will analyze market data, manage rate strategies, and support forecasting to balance financial expectations.

Responsibilities include reporting, system maintenance, training, and collaboration with sales strategy teams to implement pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue and maintain information accuracy in reservation system.
• Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions; communicate rate strategy to properties.
• Perform month‑end revenue management reporting and provide forecasting insights.
• Generate and update property and market revenue management reports and support analytics needs.
• Assist with system maintenance including rate hurdles, forecast updates, and daily checks.
• Train new associates on revenue management tools as needed.
• Contribute to hotel sales strategy implementation in reservation and inventory systems.
• Handle other duties as requested by management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system.
• Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
• Perform all Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting, targeting need areas and balancing financial expectations.
• Accurately generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.
• Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checks.
• Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
• Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems.
• Any other duties/tasks as requested by management.

Other Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.

Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
