Job summary

SCALA, the Supply Chain and Logistics Academy, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth through learner enrolment, new programmes, and partnerships in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle, develop marketing initiatives, and manage relationships with corporate clients and educational partners, continuously expanding SCALA's market presence.

The role requires 4–5 years in B2C/B2B sales or marketing with a proven revenue track record, strong presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant Business Development, Sales, or Marketing with revenue achievements.
• Proven success in B2C/B2B sales, learner recruitment, enrolment, or professional development sectors.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in Education & Training sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets and manage learner enrolment growth.
• Marketing & Lead Generation: plan and execute marketing campaigns and content to generate qualified leads.
• Programme Development & New Revenue Streams: identify market opportunities and launch new programmes.
• Events, Seminars & Brand Building: represent SCALA at events and build the brand.
• Reporting & Performance Management: track KPIs and maintain CRM data for revenue-driven decisions.
