Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of Business Development, Sales, or Marketing with revenue achievement.
• Proven success in B2C/B2B sales, learner recruitment, and programme sales.

• Drive revenue growth through learner enrolment and new programme development.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and manage promotional materials.
• Develop partnerships with corporate organizations and education institutions.
• Represent SCALA at events and manage lead generation activities.
• Track KPIs and manage CRM for leads and opportunities.
