Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a passionate Retail Trainer to elevate the capabilities of our store teams across Asia. You will partner with Store Leaders, Retail Operations and the Global Training team to deliver knowledge, styling expertise and exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a proven ability to translate learning into measurable performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail are required.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, customer service and selling skills training for retail teams.
• Deliver new arrivals product launch training and key business initiatives.
• Conduct engaging learning sessions using interactive methods such as role plays and workshops.
• Ensure training programmes reflect Love, Bonito’s brand values and customer experience standards.
