Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a retail leadership professional to guide day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance at our Singapore location. You will coach staff, manage checklists, inventory, and customer experience, while ensuring stock availability and smooth cashier operations on shifts.

With at least 1 year in retail leadership, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, no-corporate-BS environment, and collaborate closely with the Store Manager to develop the team and deliver outstanding guest

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail leadership role.
Completion of tertiary education; MS Office knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day store operations under Store Manager guidance.
Oversee store checklists, inventory, and sales performance.
Coach staff on customer experience and give feedback.
Delegate tasks and be the go-to person on the floor.
Ensure stock availability, processing, and accurate merchandising.
Handle cashier duties and POS transactions during shifts.
Promote service excellence and customer experience.
