BROWHAUS – The first concept store in Singapore to specialize in Brow and Lash Grooming Services. We are seeking a Branch Manager to supervise daily operations, lead a team of therapists, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include coordinating branch activities, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with management to develop staff performance. Training provided and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication skills and love delivering exceptional customer service.
• Results-oriented and focused on customers; passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the branch to meet customer satisfaction and budget objectives.
• Understand and lead all branch functions; allocate resources to meet goals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure branch efficiency.
• Manage a team of therapists by providing guidance to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with management to optimize staff performance and development.
• Follow operating policies and ensure employee compliance.
• Responsible for achieving branch sales targets.
• Respond to complaints promptly and convert unhappy patrons into return guests.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description:

• Supervise the daily activities of the branch to ensure that customer satisfaction and budget objectives are met.
• Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch.
• Manage a team of therapist by providing guidance in achieving target.
• Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development.
• Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance.
• Responsible for achieving branch sales target.
• Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
