• Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower allocation to optimize store coverage.

• Ensure the store is well presented and fully stocked via visual merchandising and stock control.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages or overstock.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager by coordinating daily store operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate the retail team by setting clear sales targets and monitoring progress to drive team performance
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving enquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower allocation to optimize store coverage and productivity
• Train and coach retail staff to improve skills and knowledge for better sales and service outcomes
• Ensure the store is well presented and fully stocked by overseeing visual merchandising and stock levels
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and safety
