Job summary

eGe Boutique in Singapore seeks a hands-on Spa Supervisor to lead daily operations, provide expert consultations, deliver treatments, manage appointments and sales, and train therapists. You will uphold high hygiene and service standards while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in beauty/spa leadership, CIDESCO/ITEC/CIBTAC credentials, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a premium client experience and team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty and spa supervision or senior roles.
• CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or other recognized beauty-related qualifications.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional analysis and consultation to customers to recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage appointments, client records, inventory, orders, and sales transactions to support smooth branch operations.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Guide and train therapists to enhance their skills and performance in delivering treatments.
• Plan and implement improvements to treatments and services to maintain high quality and customer appeal.
• Perform facial and body treatments and services to customers with professionalism and care.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations within the branch.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise spa operations by providing expert consultation, delivering treatments, managing sales and appointments, training therapists, and ensuring high standards of service and hygiene to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement improvements to treatments and services to maintain high quality and customer appeal
• Perform facial and body treatments and services to customers with professionalism and care
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations within the branch to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Execute administrative tasks as required to support branch management and operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty and spa supervision or senior roles
• CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or other recognized beauty-related qualifications
