Job summary

Browhaus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Brow and Lash grooming team, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve budget goals.

You will supervise branch functions, allocate resources, and manage therapists to meet targets while maintaining service excellence and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch activities to meet customer satisfaction and budget goals.
• Lead all branch functions and allocate resources to meet functional and branch goals.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations.
• Manage therapists and guide them toward targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop staff performance and development.
• Enforce operating policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Achieve branch sales targets.
• Respond to complaints promptly to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description

• Supervise the daily activities of the branch to ensure that customer satisfaction and budget objectives are met.
• Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch.
• Manage a team of therapist by providing guidance in achieving target.
• Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development.
• Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance.
• Responsible for achieving branch sales target.
• Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication skills and love delivering exceptional customer service.
• Results-oriented, focused on customers, and passionate about continuous improvement.
