With several outlets across Singapore, there are plenty of locations to suit your convenience. As one of the leading home living retailers in Singapore, we are looking for sales candidates to join our expanding team.

We are on the lookout for aggressive sales people that are willing to go the extra mile to close a deal. An average staff with us, are able to take home $4,000 - $6,000 per month, while our top performers are able to take home $10,000.

This role rewards on a highly competitive commissions scheme. Thus if you are confident in your own abilities to strive for sales, you shall be rewarded accordingly!

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support customers in selecting suitable furniture solutions.

  • Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation, and showroom cleanliness to maintain brand standards.

  • Train, guide, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.

  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and daily task assignments.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalated issues professionally.

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure accurate stock records.

  • Support sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store performance.

  • Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

  • Assist with cashiering, sales processes, and end-of-day reporting when required.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.

  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good product knowledge or interest in home furnishings and interior concepts.

  • High level of responsibility, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including light furniture movement for display adjustments.

  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
