Job summary

SUNNYFRESH MINIMARKET is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, including fresh produce and customer service. You will lead a small team, manage opening/closing, stock levels, and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting stock takes, ensuring hygiene standards, and driving sales through effective merchandising and cashier coverage during peak hours.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Assist with cashier duties during peak hours.
• Supervise and train retail assistants/cashiers. Manage duty rosters and staff performance.
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and attractively displayed to drive sales.
