• Supervising, assisting and motivating sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor; act as a quality-control supervisor for customer interactions
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve KPIs
• Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when needed
• Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure customers are treated with respect
• Develop thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintain merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s market position
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room
