Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Able to coach teams in personalized styling, service, and inventory control.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily shifts as MOD and guide floor operations.
• Coach staff on selling techniques and customer service.
• Train on styling, product features, and loyalty/clienteling.
• Supervise stockroom logistics and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards and display maintenance.
• Execute promotions, markdowns, and floor rotations.
• Oversee cashiering, cash handling, and shift routines.
