About the role

Grand Cru Wine Concierge is looking for a Retail Specialist to join our team and deliver a premium retail and dining experience to our customers. The role combines wine retail sales, customer service, and food and beverage service, with responsibilities covering product recommendations, sales, customer engagement, retail operations, inventory management, and the day-to-day operations of our wine bar.
