Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the store's service model.
• Support store team in promotions, events, and achieving company goals.
• Assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, presentation, and stock room management.
• Handle POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, and loyalty programs.
