Job summary

Crocs, Inc. Singapore seeks a retail associate to deliver outstanding service, manage POS transactions, and keep shelves well stocked. You’ll work across departments and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications include 16+ years, O Level or above, 1–2 years retail, English fluency, basic computer skills, and willingness to work nights and weekends. Training provided, with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel/Email) and ability to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the store service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge and stock placement.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with sales-driven approaches and store management collaboration.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory controls, and compliance procedures.
