Smollan Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-driven customer-facing promoter to actively promote products in department stores and atriums in Singapore. You will present product features and benefits, build relationships with customers, and drive sales.

The role involves working six days a week, including weekends, in retail environments with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and meeting monthly targets.

Responsabilidades

• Promote all products to customers and increase awareness.
• Present product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and awareness.
• Work in dynamic stores and atriums.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive incentives.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets.
• Supervise and guide promoters; monitor performance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with management.

Primary Function

• To be sales driven and customer oriented and increase product sales
• To raise awareness of product and build customer's interest

1) Daily Scope of job:

• Actively promote all product to customers.
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales.
• Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums.
• Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissions
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets
• Managing and supervising team of promotors
• Monitoring performance and identify training needs

2) Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job:

• Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge.
• Monthly sales meeting in office

3) Others:

• Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance.
• Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
