Job summary

Mandate of Manpower Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to promote appliances such as ovens and vacuum cleaners.

You will present product features and specifications to customers, build relationships, and work in busy retail environments to drive product awareness and sales. This role requires a proactive, enthusiastic team player who can commit to a 6-day workweek, including weekends, and adapt to different retail settings while achieving monthly targets and contributing to

Primary Function

• To be sales driven and customer oriented and increase product sales
• To raise awareness of product and build customer’s interest.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Daily Scope of job:

• Actively Promote item such as oven, vacuum cleaner and cooking appliances to customers.
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales.
• Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums.
• Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissions
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets

2. Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job:

• Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge.
• Monthly sales meeting in office

3. Others:

• Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance.
• Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers.

4. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
