Job summary

SHARP SINGAPORE ELECTRONICS CORPORATION PTE. LTD. seeks a part-time retail sales associate in Singapore. You will deliver quality customer service, identify customer needs, provide product information and advice, and assist with post-sale service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience in TV/home appliances, strong communication, and a persuasive sales approach. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience for TV/home appliances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all in store sales activities.
• Deliver quality customer service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, provide comprehensive products information and advice, and delivering post-sale services.
• Able to up-sell and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Maintain display area’s cleanliness and ensure that products are organized and visually appealing.
• Maintain accurate inventory recording and ensure timely restocking of inventories.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate should possess a minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• Candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience for TV and/or home appliances.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales acumen and persuasive selling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
