SMOLLAN HOLDINGS SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a sales-driven promoter to increase product sales in departmental stores and atriums. You will present product features, benefits, and specifications, and build strong customer relationships to drive awareness and sales.

Commitment to a 6-day work week, willingness to work across various retail environments, and a friendly, patient attitude are essential. Join our team to achieve targets and earn attractive incentives and commissions.

• Actively promote all products to customers.

• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets; assist in supervising promoters.

Job Description & Requirements

Primary Function

• To be sales driven and customer oriented and increase product sales
• To raise awareness of product and build customer's interest

1) Daily Scope of job:

• Actively promote all product to customers.
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales.
• Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums.
• Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissions
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets
• Managing and supervising team of promotors
• Monitoring performance and identify training needs

2) Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job:

• Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge.
• Monthly sales meeting in office

3) Others:

• Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance.
• Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
