Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a capable Retail Operations professional in Singapore to oversee daily boutique activities and ensure adherence to brand standards. You will coordinate with HQ and local teams, manage store openings and closures, and support training initiatives for the boutique staff.

The role requires a degree in marketing or business, 5–8 years in luxury retail, and strong MS Office skills with experience in Infor M3 or Salesforce. Travel across SEA may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience preferably in luxury retail/hospitality.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using Infor M3 or Salesforce is a plus.
• A self-starter who is highly driven and can work independently.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi‑task.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to travel in SEA region when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail operation manager to oversee all boutiques day-to-day operation and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with all boutiques and other internal departments to ensure procedures are in line with headquarters/current guidelines.
• Work closely with all boutiques and ensure that new implementations are properly executed.
• Follow up with all external suppliers/service providers to ensure that jobs (if any) are properly executed in the boutique.
• Maintain POS displays (visual merchandising) and general outlook of the POS to the brand's standards.
• Request for POS material from local brand team or headquarters as and when required.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the retail operation manager such as gathering market feedback, checking boutique rostering, etc.
• Provide support to the boutique team when needed.
• Whenever the boutique closes early/close, assist the retail operation manager to prepare early closure signage and seek brand team approval on the communication.
• Coordinate with the headquarters digital team to update the operating hours in social media.
• Assist the retail operation manager to coordinate the store project for openings, renovations, expansions, and closings.
• Assist the retail operation manager in organizing training with the various departments for the boutique team (e.g., headquarters product tour training).
• Assist the retail operation manager in preparing the training material prior to the training (e.g., Sales transaction & payment training conducted by the retail operation manager).
