Job summary

EVOLUT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Retail Sales Executive to support Store Managers, drive store sales, and uphold merchandising and housekeeping standards for STRYV products across SEA markets.

You will also handle customer service, cashiering, inventory control and staff training, while ensuring a safe, welcoming store environment. Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store.
• Carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensure store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
• Ensure proper inventory control of the stores.
• Conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so needs are met.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Comply with all operational standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
