Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales leader to expand our footprint in Singapore. You will formulate and implement coherent sales strategies, grow the customer base, and drive monthly retail targets through effective channel management.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field, has 3–5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics or kitchen appliances, and can lead a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or Business.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Kitchen Appliances or Consumer Electronics.
• Experience leading a sales team from planning to closing.
• Bilingual proficiency for diverse client groups.
• Must possess a car to facilitate client visits and sales activities.
• Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Planning and Execution, Negotiation Skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by managing the retail sales channel.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and presence.
• Impart sales training sessions to dealer's sales team and processes.
• Maintain responsibility for all administrative issues and track sales performance.
• Prepare Monthly Sales and Collection Reports and Yearly Budget Plans.
• Provide updates on Market Shifts and Competitor activities; inform policy decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to accomplish tasks and company objectives.

About the role

To expand and develop the company’s business in the assigned areas with special emphasis on targeting the market potential. Formulate and implement coherent sales strategies to enable the company to meet its overall objectives. Maintain close business relations with existing customers and develop new customers. Identify and develop strategic plans and sales programs to grow the targeted market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales channel
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand company's customer base and ensure its growing presence
• Impart sales training sessions to dealer's sales team including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management
• Maintain responsibility for all administrative issues and keep track of overall individual and team sales
• Prepare Monthly Sales and Collection Reports and Yearly Budget Plans
• Provide updates on Market Shift and Competitors Activities and involve in Management Strategic Policies making process
• Closely work with the sales team to accomplish assigned tasks and company objectives

About you

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or Business
• Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience, preferably in Kitchen Appliances or Consumer Electronics handling both traditional and modern trade and project sales
• Experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Bilingual proficiency in communicating with diverse clients' groups
• Must possess a car to facilitate clients' visits and sales activities
• Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Planning and Execution, Negotiation Skills
• Passionate and strong drive to achieve targets set

Benefits

• Annual Remuneration Package from $70,000 to $100,000 (Basic + Commission)
• Petrol reimbursement up to SGD 880 per month
