Job description

To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as Retail Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales operations include set up retail business and maintain store facilities

• Implement retail policies, standards and processes to ensure customer satisfaction, effective operations and alignment to the business unit’s branding guidelines

• Generate retail sales report and work closely with different departments and collaborate to develop new products and service and work closely with marketing and retail staff to integrate retail as part of the group’s omni-channel approach to delighting customers

• Conduct periodic inspections of all retail stores and channels to ensure optimal upkeep and organisation of retail premises as well as compliance to internal and regulatory standards and guidelines (including brand and visual merchandising guidelines)

• Inventory control

Requirements

• At least a GCE O level education with floristry skills
