LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst to support operations across offline channels and manage partner relationships.

You will analyze data, optimize processes, and assist senior management with business overviews and investments from Operations perspective. The role focuses on technical operations, stakeholder communication, and driving efficiency through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years related business analyst experience from FMCG Retail / Travel Retail industry.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suites and proficiency in Excel (Formula, Pivot Table, Power Pivot, Data Management, Powerpoint for presentation and Power BI for Data presentation).
• Must have the ability to create reporting template from scratch with formulas.
• Adaptability to navigate and take on new situations and challenges with agility and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects focusing on improving processes, governance structures, and performance management systems.
• Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide solutions to issues faced within projects to the Senior Management.
• Create reports and presentations communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Assist with market research and analysis to provide reports for Management’s decisions.
• Provide data analysis sales reports to the Operations Excellence Team to assist in sales strategies.
• Monitor store sales and KPI targets and record, verify, and compile related commissions and incentives.
• Support in new stores openings, product launches, and events.
• Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors and agencies for rostering and data sharing; manage external vendor relationships.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to drive cost efficiency.
• Manage external vendor contracts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work with internal stakeholders and legal to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Review processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Handle operational permit clearance and renewals for smooth operations (airport passes).
• Ensure invoices and payments are processed before deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to retail standards, SOPs, and compliance policies.
