Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to drive data-driven improvements across store operations, optimize processes, and strengthen communication between the Store Support Centre (SSC) and store teams.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, review SOPs, and support initiatives that improve inventory accuracy, compliance, and customer experience using digital tools and continuous improvement methods.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business/admin, ops, data analytics or related field.
• Ability to analyse data, generate reports and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with retail operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics, dashboards and reports for store ops.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements across processes.
• Govern SOPs and monitor adherence to standards.
• Improve inventory accuracy and post-stock take analysis.
• Assist in digital communication initiatives between SSC and stores.
