Job summary

Skyline Business Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Retail Manager / Store-in-Charge to oversee daily outlet operations at HarbourFront.

You will manage staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service, including Mandarin-speaking customers and visitors. The role supports product promotion, displays, stock, and daily performance reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in retail management, strong sales skills, and the ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet.
• Manage and supervise retail staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee retail sales activities and provide friendly and professional customer service when required.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Promote and explain the company's range of sauces, condiments and other food products to customers.
• Monitor product displays, stock levels and replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the outlet is kept clean and organized.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve routine customer service matters professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily work allocation.
• Monitor daily sales and outlet performance.
• Communicate with management on store operations, sales performance and other operational matters.
• Support the pre-opening setup and launch of the new retail outlet.

Salary: S$3,200 - S$3,800 per month + Performance Bonus
Working Days: 6 days per week

Requirements

• Good command of English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with local customers, international visitors and Mandarin-speaking management, including reporting on store operations and sales performance.
• Teochew-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented, with good communication skills.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule.
