Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Assistant Manager, Retail Leasing to lead the end-to-end leasing for a major shopping mall in Bugis. You will source tenants, negotiate terms, and manage renewals, while coordinating with marketing and operations to optimise occupancy and asset performance.

The role requires 4–7 years in retail leasing, a diploma/degree in related fields, and a strong grasp of Singapore’s retail landscape. On-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• End-to-end retail leasing experience, including prospecting, negotiations and renewals.
• Ability to source and engage prospective tenants to maintain a strong tenant mix.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms: rental rates, lease tenure and related terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail leasing cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, renewals and lease documentation.
• Source and engage prospective tenants to maintain a strong and relevant tenant mix.
• Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing tenants, including rental rates and lease tenure.
• Manage lease renewals and engage tenants on retention and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market research on retail trends, competitor malls, and rental benchmarks.
• Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and rental comparisons for management.
