Far East Organization is seeking a Leasing Professional (Retail) to identify and engage potential tenants through market research and networking, while guiding a team to implement leasing strategies that maximise rental income and occupancy. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Diploma in Real Estate, Business or related field.
RES License preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential tenants through market research, networking and proactive outreach.
Supervise leasing strategies and mentor a team to maximise rental income and occupancy.
Guide lease negotiations and ensure accurate finalisation of lease agreements and related paperwork.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise retail leasing performance.
