Job summary

Club21, part of the COMO Group, seeks a Retail L&D Executive to drive training for exceptional customer experience across stores. You will deliver hands-on programs, focusing on service delivery, product knowledge, and leadership development, with strong in-store engagement.

You will partner with the L&D Manager to implement coaching frameworks, evaluate training impact, and continuously improve learning initiatives to enhance sales performance and customer journeys across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Training, Learning & Development, with retail or customer service experience
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training
• Experience with learning interventions and program evaluation
• Strong facilitation skills across store floors and training rooms
• Ability to work across multiple stores with KPI-driven goals

Responsibilities

• Execute the E3 (Evaluate, Educate, Embed) cycle under guidance of the L&D Manager
• Deliver engaging training sessions on service, styling, sales, and service recovery
• Support learning interventions and provide on-the-ground feedback
• Conduct regular store visits to assess training effectiveness and gather insights
• Assist in LNAs by collecting data from advisors and store managers
• Support leadership development programs and coaching frameworks
• Deliver both classroom and on-the-job training to enhance sales performance
• Monitor and report training impact and sales improvements
